Reservations

You have now reached Louis Logan's reservations system.  Our system allows you to:

• Enter trip/event preferences,
• Share detailed contact information and preferences for each guest, and
• Review and confirm the reservation before sending to us.

Upon completion of your reservation, you will receive an e-mail detailing the information you provided for each guest.  We will then be in contact with you shortly to finalize the reservation.

We accept payment by personal check and money orders; please contact us if you are interested in payment by credit card.

If you are attempting to place a reservation and are unable to go beyond this main page, it is highly likely that either JavaScript or cookies are disabled on your Internet browser.  Both are required to use our reservation system.

While we take our guest's Internet security very seriously, we also wish to provide our guests with the best possible online experience.  To do so we have required the use of JavaScript and cookies.  No cookies are left on your computer beyond the length of your session.

Please select your destination, departure date and number of guests.  If you are making a reservation for more than one guest, share with us a party name—a name to ensure we can identify those who are together as a group.  If you would like to change any of these items while creating your reservation, just return to the Select Trip/Event page and make modifications as necessary.

The price provided on the Select Trip/Event page is an estimate.  As you share information about each guest, including his or her departure location and preferences, we will be able to provide an accurate quote.  We will reconfirm the retreat pricing when we send an invoice as part of your confirmation packet.
